🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Integrated Dual Degree (IDD) candidates are eligible.
- Professional qualifications like CA, Engineering, Medical, etc., are also acceptable.
Work Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as an officer in any Scheduled Commercial Bank or Regional Rural Bank (as on 31 December 2025).
- Candidates from private banks must have a minimum annual gross salary of ₹9.50 lakhs and provide documentary proof.
Local Language
Applicants must be able to read, write, and understand the local language of the circle they apply for.

Selected candidates will join as Junior Management Grade Scale-I (JMGS-I).

The recruitment process includes four stages:

3️⃣ Interview
